Easy Homespun Table Runner Tutorial

I just finished stitching up this table runner yesterday.  I thought it was so cute and fun to make that I would take a few pictures of the process so I could share with you how easy it is!

Click Here for Tutorial {It has moved to my new blog}.  Thanks!

Joy...this is just so pretty!

Yes, I will be making one of this and give it as a gift to one of my friends...maybe two colors or maybe three...oh my! the combinations are just so many :)

The color in your dining room is warm and inviting...it must look beautiful with candles in the background :)

Be blessed dear friend,

M.

Thank you for the instructions. I'm not great at sewing.. but this would be do-able for me :-) I love the simplicity and rustic feel it gives to your lovely room. many blessings..Trish

Joy - That turned out just lovely. I'm going to put that on my list of crafty projects I want to do. I really want to learn to quilt so this could be a starter project.

How's the new house??

Thank you, Tanya!

We love our new house--but we still have a lot of boxes to unpack! I got kind of tired of all that and decided to sew...:)

Thank you for sharing this post, Joy! I so enjoyed seeing all of the photos of the completed table runner . . . I love how these look! So country and homey. (And I had to smile when seeing the photo that included Ezra’s sweet face peeking up over the table. :)

And thank you for sharing the tutorial on how to make these runners! I know I would enjoy making one of them sometime, though none that I could ever make would ever compare with the one that you so sweetly blessed me with! What a treasure it is and every time I see it I am reminded of you and your dear family.

I hope that you have a blessed evening!

Thank you, Sarah! I just had to add the photo of Ezra because I thought it was so cute! He was pointing to the table runner and saying, "see? see?"

And thank you so much for your very sweet comment about the one I sent you--I really hoped you'd like it, and I so enjoyed making it!
